Changelog
What changed in Obsol, newest first
Mainnet, stamped PDFs and send & track
Obsol now anchors on Solana mainnet, and the document never leaves your browser.
- Drop a PDF and get it back with the permanent link and QR stamped under every page; only the fingerprint is sent to Obsol
- Publish a new version from your dashboard: the stamped PDF downloads automatically, every older copy reports SUPERSEDED
- Send & track (Individual and Business): keep the list of people who received a document and tell all of them when a new version is out, from [email protected] with replies going to you
- Email alerts when someone checks a stale copy, password reset by email, and a bot check on anonymous anchoring
Verify a copy right from the homepage
The homepage now has two modes: Anchor a version and Verify a copy.
- Drop any copy you received and get CURRENT, SUPERSEDED or UNRECOGNIZED in seconds — the file is hashed in your browser and never uploaded
- Your permanent link is shown before you anchor, and a live preview of the PDF footer (link + QR) is generated in the browser
- New lookup endpoint
GET /api/hash/:sha256returns the matching document, its version and the current version
Obsol is live on getobsol.com
First public version of Obsol.
- Anchor any document version on Solana: a SHA-256 fingerprint plus a timestamp, written on-chain
- One permanent link per document — the same link keeps pointing to the newest version
- Verify page: anyone holding a copy can drop it and see whether it is still current
- English and Turkish interface
